Tony Rice spent 16yrs working in the banking and finance sector with Santander throughout the UK. His many roles included sales management and performance coaching for sales teams and the development and delivery of numerous bancassurance products to market to assist the bank in reaching its multi million pound targets. In 2003 he set up his own successful mortgage and insurance brokerage business which he sold in 2010.
